Warranty — Sauna accessories are backed by our 30-day return policy. Aromatherapy and fragrance-pad consumables do not carry an extended manufacturer warranty.
Returns — New, unused accessories in original packaging may be returned within 30 days; a 15% restocking fee applies and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For hygiene reasons, opened consumable items (aromatherapy oil, fragrance pads) are non-returnable.

Shipping — Flat-rate $24.95 within the contiguous U.S., or free when added to any sauna order or any order of $1,000 or more.

How it's delivered. This product ships via standard parcel carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and arrives within the delivery window shown above. Larger sets may arrive in more than one box, and the boxes can arrive on different days — that's normal, and the rest is usually close behind.
Inspect on arrival. Give your delivery a quick look when it arrives. If anything shows up damaged, keep the packaging, take a few photos, and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right quickly — see the Warranty & Returns tab.
30-day returns. If it's not the right fit, you can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies to returns. Contact us to start a return and we'll walk you through it. Return shipping is your responsibility; if we arrange it for you, the cost comes out of your refund. Cancel any time before the order ships for a full refund with no restocking fee.
Arrived damaged or defective? Inspect your order at delivery. If any item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, take a few photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery — we'll arrange a replacement or resolution at no cost to you.
