Shipping & Delivery

Many products sold through Renewal Cove are oversized, freight-shipped, manufacturer-direct, custom-built, special-order, or made-to-order items.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information,
  • Ensuring the delivery address is accessible,
  • Coordinating required delivery appointments,
  • Inspecting shipments upon delivery,
  • And notifying us promptly of any shipping or delivery concerns.

Additional shipping or delivery charges may apply for:

  • Remote or rural delivery areas,
  • Limited-access locations,
  • Difficult property access,
  • Ferry-access locations,
  • Missed delivery appointments,
  • Storage fees,
  • Re-delivery attempts,
  • Address changes after shipment,
  • Or upgraded delivery services.

Renewal Cove is not responsible for shipping delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, freight carriers, weather, inventory availability, production delays, customs processing, holidays, supply chain disruptions, or events outside our control.

Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Because many products sold through Renewal Cove are oversized, freight-shipped, custom-built, made-to-order, manufacturer-direct, or special-order items, return eligibility may vary by brand, product type, condition, and manufacturer policy.

Approved returns may be subject to:

  • Return shipping costs,
  • Freight charges,
  • Manufacturer approval,
  • Restocking fees,
  • Non-refundable original shipping costs,
  • Inspection requirements,
  • And other applicable fees.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled as standard cancellations and may be treated as returns.

Custom-built, made-to-order, or special-order items may not be cancelable once production or fulfillment has begun.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers are responsible for inspecting all deliveries promptly upon arrival.

For freight shipments, visible damage must be noted on the carrier delivery receipt before signing.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact Renewal Cove within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos, videos, or other documentation as requested.

Failure to properly document and report damage within the required timeframe may limit or prevent the ability to file a claim with the carrier, manufacturer, or fulfillment partner.

Manufacturer Fulfillment & Policies

Many products sold through Renewal Cove are fulfilled directly by third-party manufacturers, distributors, warehouses, or fulfillment partners.

As a result, certain products may be subject to manufacturer-specific policies, including but not limited to:

  • Return eligibility,
  • Restocking fees,

  • Replacement part availability,
  • Installation requirements,

  • And damage claim procedures.

Where manufacturer policies differ from Renewal Cove’s policies, the manufacturer’s policy may apply.

Renewal Cove is not responsible for injuries, damages, losses, property damage, health issues, or adverse outcomes resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, failure to follow instructions, lack of supervision, or use contrary to manufacturer guidelines.

Installation, Assembly & Site Preparation

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are installed, assembled, used, and maintained according to manufacturer instructions and applicable laws, codes, and regulations.

Some products may require professional installation, electrical work, plumbing, ventilation, structural support, permits, or other site preparation.

Renewal Cove is not responsible for installation costs, site preparation costs, code compliance, permit requirements, contractor work, property modifications, or damages resulting from improper installation or setup.

Customers are responsible for confirming that their space, access path, utilities, flooring, foundation, ventilation, and other site conditions are suitable before placing an order.

Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

Fraudulent, improper, or abusive chargebacks for validly placed and delivered orders may be contested with supporting documentation, including order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, communication records, and policy disclosures.

Severability
