Return & Refund Policy

At Renewal Cove, we want you to buy with confidence. This policy is the complete statement of our return terms and applies to every order placed with Renewal Cove. It explains when you can return an item, who pays for return shipping, and how refunds work.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, in new resalable condition, and include all accessories, manuals, and hardware.

How to Start a Return

Email support@renewalcove.com or call 801-708-0090 with your order number to request a Return Authorization. We will send return instructions and, for freight items, help arrange pickup.

Who Pays for Return Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Renewal Cove covers all return shipping and freight, and no restocking fee applies. For all other returns (for example, a change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping; if we arrange it for you, the cost is deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee

Non-defective returns are subject to a flat 15% restocking fee, unless a different fee is listed for that brand in the table below. No storage, handling, re-delivery, or processing fees apply.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product, and we will arrange a free repair, replacement, or return at no cost to you. For freight deliveries, noting visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt helps us resolve carrier claims faster.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and warranty reasons, the following cannot be returned: custom-made or made-to-order products (including custom-built saunas); used or installed products; clearance and final-sale items; and water-fillable products (such as cold plunge tubs) once they have been filled or used. These items are marked as custom, final sale, or non-returnable on their product pages.

Order Cancellations

Cancel any time before your item ships for a full refund. Once a custom or made-to-order item enters production, cancellation is treated as a return and the applicable restocking fee applies.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will approve and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are refundable only when the return is due to our error.

Pricing Errors

If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing and, if needed, issue a full refund of any amount charged.
