Shipping Overview

Renewal Cove offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

Certain oversized, freight, remote-area, specialty, or manufacturer-restricted products may require additional shipping charges. Any applicable shipping surcharges will be communicated prior to shipment whenever possible.

Shipping eligibility, delivery methods, and transit times vary depending on the product, manufacturer, inventory availability, and delivery location.

Shipping promotions apply to standard delivery services only and may exclude select brands, products, upgraded delivery services, or remote delivery areas.

Many products ship directly from third-party manufacturers, warehouses, or fulfillment partners.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.

An order confirmation means we have received your order. It does not guarantee product availability, shipment timing, or final order acceptance.

If an item is unavailable, delayed, discontinued, or subject to manufacturer restrictions, we will contact you with next steps.

Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Some custom-built, made-to-order, special-order, manufacturer-direct, or backordered items may require additional processing time. Estimated lead times are displayed on applicable product pages whenever available, but are subject to change.

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email.

Orders may be delayed due to inventory availability, manufacturer lead times, payment verification, weather events, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Destinations

Renewal Cove currently ships within the United States only unless otherwise approved.

Standard shipping promotions apply only to the contiguous United States.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, remote areas, rural locations, ferry-access locations, or limited-access destinations may be unavailable or may require additional shipping charges.

Certain products may be unavailable in specific states or regions due to manufacturer restrictions, local regulations, or carrier limitations.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions or delivery limitations.

Freight & Oversized Deliveries

Many Renewal Cove products — including saunas, cold plunges, hot tubs, massage chairs, fitness equipment, and large wellness products — ship via LTL or specialty freight carriers.

Freight delivery services may include:

  • Curbside delivery
  • Threshold delivery
  • White glove delivery, when available

Delivery methods vary by manufacturer, carrier, product type, and destination.

Unless otherwise specified on the product page or at checkout, freight shipments are curbside delivery only.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The delivery address is accessible for large freight vehicles,
  • The delivery location can safely accommodate the product dimensions,
  • Someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery when required,
  • Any necessary permits, HOA approvals, elevator reservations, driveway/access arrangements, or site preparations are completed before delivery.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Address changes after shipment
  • Appointment-required deliveries
  • Difficult property access
  • Ferry-access locations
  • Limited-access properties
  • Remote or rural delivery areas
  • Re-delivery attempts
  • Stairs, elevators, or multi-level delivery requirements
  • Storage fees
  • White glove service upgrades

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated shipping and delivery times vary by product, manufacturer, and destination.

Typical delivery windows include:

  • Small parcel shipments: 3–10 business days
  • Freight shipments: 1–4 weeks
  • Custom, special-order, or made-to-order products: varies by manufacturer

All shipping and delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery timelines may be affected by manufacturer production schedules, freight carrier capacity, weather conditions, holidays, supply chain disruptions, remote delivery locations, or other factors beyond our control.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

Freight Inspection & Damaged Deliveries

Customers must inspect all freight shipments at the time of delivery before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.

If visible damage is present:

  1. Note the damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing,
  2. Take photographs of the packaging and product,
  3. Refuse severely damaged shipments when appropriate,
  4. Contact Renewal Cove within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers should not sign for visibly damaged freight shipments without noting the damage on the carrier delivery receipt.

Failure to properly document visible freight damage at delivery may limit or void the ability to file a freight claim with the carrier.

Concealed damage claims must also be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Missed Deliveries, Refused Shipments & Storage Fees

Customers are responsible for coordinating delivery appointments with the freight carrier when required.

Missed delivery appointments, refused shipments, inability to access the delivery location, or failure to accept delivery may result in:

  • Return freight charges
  • Re-delivery charges
  • Restocking fees
  • Storage fees
  • Other carrier-related expenses

Any such fees may be charged to the customer or deducted from eligible refunds.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Renewal Cove and we will work with the carrier, manufacturer, or fulfillment partner to help locate the shipment or determine next steps.

Freight shipments may have longer gaps between tracking updates than small parcel shipments.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once an order ships.

Some freight shipments may require separate scheduling communication directly from the freight carrier.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and coordinating delivery when necessary.
