Free freight shipping. This sauna ships via LTL freight to your curbside. You'll receive tracking and a scheduling call from the carrier to arrange delivery.
Inspect on delivery. Please inspect the packaging for damage before signing. If anything arrives damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us right away so we can file a freight claim and get you taken care of.
Indoor use only. This is an infrared cabin built for indoor installation. Outdoor installation is not supported and voids the manufacturer warranty.
Warranty registration. To activate full warranty coverage, the manufacturer requires warranty registration after purchase. We'll include the registration details with your order so it's quick to complete.
Returns. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days; a restocking fee and return freight apply. Opened or assembled units cannot be returned. Manufacturing defects are covered under the manufacturer warranty. Reach out any time and we'll walk you through it.
