RevX Wellness — Warranty & Returns

1-year manufacturer warranty. Your RevX cold plunge is covered by RevX Wellness's 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use — covering the tub, chiller, filtration system, and included components. Optional 3-year and 5-year chiller protection plans are available on bundle purchases. Please note: RevX requires you to register your product within 30 days of delivery to activate coverage — we'll point you to registration after your order.

How claims work. If a covered defect appears, contact us with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and dated photos or video, and we'll help you file the claim with RevX for repair, replacement, or refund. Not covered: third-party accessories, consumables (filters, water treatment), and issues from improper installation, missed maintenance, submersion, or weather exposure beyond the chiller's IP55 rating.

Returns. You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery; a 15% restocking fee applies. Contact us to start a return and we'll walk you through it.

Arrived damaged? Inspect your delivery on arrival. Shipping damage needs to be reported quickly — keep the packaging, take photos, and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it with the carrier.
