Description
Enough output for the biggest room in the house, with a stone bed to match.
The Harvia Virta HL110 is a floor-standing 11 kW electric heater for a large home sauna — 177 to 635 cubic feet, with a ceiling of at least 6'7". It is the widest of the Virta family at 16 inches deep, and it carries 154 pounds of stone. That stone mass is the whole point: it holds heat so a ladle of water gives you soft, sustained löyly rather than a thin burst. Stainless steel casing, and heating elements in a removable tray so servicing one is straightforward.
This is the Ultimate package: the HL110 heater, the Harvia Xenio CX45-U1-U3 digital control, the sauna stones, and the Harvia Virta HL3M safety railing in a single order. It is wired for 240 V single phase, which is the service in almost every US home. If your room is under 494 cubic feet, the 9 kW Virta will cost less to install and to run.
Why buy this one from Renewal Cove
Authorized Harvia dealer stock with the full manufacturer warranty intact — 2 years general coverage, 3 years on the heater in family use when you register within 30 days, and 1 year on spare parts. It ships free to the lower 48 by curbside LTL freight, it hardwires on a dedicated high-amperage circuit rather than plugging in, and we'll confirm your electrical service is right for it before the order goes through.
What you get

FAQ
What size sauna room does an 11 kW heater actually handle? 177 to 635 cubic feet with a ceiling of at least 6'7". Glass doors and uninsulated log walls add to the effective volume, so measure before you choose.
What electrical service does this need? 240 V single phase, hardwired on its own dedicated circuit. That is the standard service in almost every US home. If your building runs on 208 V three phase, contact us before ordering and we will source the correct configuration for you.
Do I need an electrician? Yes, and you should get a quote before you buy. This heater is hardwired and draws roughly 46 A at 240 V, so it needs its own high-amperage circuit run from the panel.
Should I get this or the 9 kW? Only go 11 kW if your room is over 494 cubic feet or heavy on glass and uninsulated log wall. Otherwise the 9 kW heats the same and costs less to wire and run.
Are the stones included, and are they a different size? Yes — four boxes of Ø10–15 cm stones, larger than the stones used in the smaller Virta models, to suit the deeper stone bed.
How does delivery work? It ships by LTL freight to the curb — the carrier calls to schedule and unloads at truck-bed height. See the Shipping tab below for full details.
What's the warranty? 2 years general, 3 years on the heater in family use, 1 year on spare parts — see the Warranty & Returns tab below for full coverage, and register within 30 days of purchase to activate it.

2-year Harvia manufacturer warranty — 3 years on electric heaters when you register. Every Harvia product we sell carries Harvia's own limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, running from the date of your original purchase. Sauna heaters, steam generators, heating products and control units are covered for 2 years; hot tubs and cold tubs, sauna rooms and accessories are also covered for 2 years; spare parts are covered for 1 year.
Register within 30 days for the third year. Harvia extends the warranty on family-use electric heaters from 2 years to 3 years if you register the product on Harvia's website within 30 days of purchase. We'll send you the registration link with your order — it takes a couple of minutes and it's worth doing.
Commercial and light-commercial use. If the sauna is used anywhere other than a private home, Harvia's non-consumer terms apply instead: 2 years on electrical heaters, steam generators and control units; 1 year on sauna rooms and accessories; 1 year on spare parts; 6 months on wood-burning heaters, hot and cold tubs, and heating elements. Coverage is set by how the product is actually used — Harvia's terms state the warranty expires immediately if the primary use changes from family to non-consumer, or the reverse, during the warranty period.
Installation requirement. Harvia requires that the product be installed and connected to the electrical network in accordance with Harvia's installation and operating manual and applicable regulations, by an authorized, qualified electrician. Installation that doesn't meet that standard voids the warranty, so please budget for a licensed electrician - we're happy to send the manual and the electrical spec before you order.
What isn't covered. Normal wear items including heating elements, timers, relays, light bulbs and sauna stones. Damage from failing to follow the installation or maintenance instructions. Damage in transport or storage. Natural characteristics of wood such as discoloration, cracks, shrinkage, and pitch or pitch pockets in spruce and pine. Repairs performed without approval or with non-original parts. Inadequate surface treatment on outdoor saunas. Damage caused by sauna stones that Harvia has not approved.
How to make a claim. Contact us first and we'll help you file it. Harvia handles claims through support.harvia.com and will need the product information, serial number, a description of the defect, proof of purchase, and whether the sauna is in family or commercial use. Report the defect within 2 months of discovering it (14 days for commercial buyers). Any defect visible before installation must be reported before the product is installed.
Returns. You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery; a 15% restocking fee applies and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Contact us to start a return and we'll walk you through it.
Arrived damaged? Inspect your delivery before you sign for it. Note any damage on the carrier's delivery receipt, keep all packaging, take photos, and contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve it with the carrier. Harvia's warranty does not cover transport damage, so this window matters.
